\nOnly existing for-profit \u201cSmall Business Concerns,\u201d as defined by the Small Business Act and Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations may be certified. DBE applicants are first subject to the applicable small business size standards of the SBA. \nThe Personal Net Worth (PNW) of each socially and economically disadvantaged owner must not exceed $750,000, excluding the individual\u2019s ownership interest in the applicant firm and the equity in his\/her primary residence.

Copies of documents requested in the questionnaire are required and must be submitted. Additional documentation may be requested if it is considered necessary to make a certification determination.
