We are inviting San Joaquin Valley public agencies (<\/small><small> Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Tulare)<\/small><small> to participate in the marketplace and provide information on :upcoming projects, how to do business with the agencies, and bidders requirements. (Including state and federally-funded projects and DBE \/ SBE \/ DVBE goals and &#8220;good faith efforts&#8221;). <\/small><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>This annual event will provide San Joaquin Vally public agencies and prime contractors, bidding State and Federally funded public work projects,outreach opportunities helping fulfill your SBE \/ DBE \/ DVBE \/ MBE \/ WBE \/ SEC 3 contracting \u201cgoals &amp;
