The Builders Notebook has added a new feature to our Project Details feature (members only). After clicking on “Plans” from the blue drop down menu, you are linked to a more detailed page of the project. At the bottom of that page we currently upload plans, addendas, and related documents that are less then 1 MB in size. However, this was limiting for you, the viewer.
On that page you will notice we added a new feature called “External Links to Files” when you click this it will link you to another site that has all the project documents already uploaded to their server. Sometimes this will be Construction Bidboard, an Architects private server, a Government maintained site, FTP (if login is needed we will provide directions), or other free link to plans and addenda documents. We will never link to a paid service or any other service where you have to pay to download your documents.
