The Los Angeles Community College District (District) and Program Management Office (PMO) are inviting all interested general contractors and subcontractors to an Industry Day to discuss the District’s procurement of construction projects via the Lease-Leaseback delivery method.
The District’s intent for this event is to explain how it will manage the Lease-Leaseback procurement process, as well as discuss upcoming projects that will be procured utilizing this delivery method. This will be an informative meeting with a Q&A session to follow. The event will be held at the PMO, 515 South Flower Street, 9th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90071 on Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, in the White Room. Parking will not be validated.
