The Oxnard Housing Authority (OHA) is offering various surplus items for sale to the general public. All sales are on a cash and carry, first-come, first-serve basis; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The successful buyer shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, cartage, etc., as necessary for the removal of the items from their locations.
The following is a representation of surplus items being offered for sale. OHA makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the condition, quantity, type, weight, size and description of any of the property, or its fitness for any use or purpose and assumes no liability with respect to any item listed in this ad.
ITEMS FOR SALE:
Items include but are not limited to: office furniture including desks, chairs, file cabinets. Miscellaneous surplus construction materials such as vent pipes, re-bar, and other items.
