Attention California Small Businesses and DVBEs:
On Thursday, October 21, 2010 the State of California in alliance with the San Diego Water Authority’s will host the 12th Annual Paths to Partnerships Networking Forum.
There will be many State and Local Governments who represent hundreds of millions of dollars in annual purchasing that want to increase the number of contracts they hold with Small Businesses and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBEs).
